Player ownership is enforced across relevant admin lists, detail pages, and account actions.
When agents create new players, those users are automatically linked to the agent.
Administrators can also assign or change a player’s agent from the user edit form.

Agents can fund assigned player accounts from their own balance.
The system records both sides of the transfer, debiting the agent account and crediting the player account as linked transactions for easier auditability.

KYC and verification

The Know Your Customer (KYC) feature empowers administrators to verify player identities by requesting specific information or documents.
The KYC process can be triggered when a player accesses designated pages.

Once players submit the KYC form, administrators receive an email notification to review and either approve or reject the request.
Players are also notified via email when their KYC request is approved or rejected, ensuring clear communication.

In addition to manual verification, the 1Stake platform supports integration with EVS Blue Assure
for automated identity verification, offering a more efficient and secure process.
